os pongo lo que yo les he mandado por si ayuda. Recordad que yo envié el coche al taller en diciembre y tienen abierta la consulta a marca. Esto es importante. Cuantos mas coches vayan en nuestra situación mejor. En diciembre me dijeron en Sealco que era el primero en esta situación en su conce. Esta ultima vez que he ido a ver si había novedades ya había 5 casos mas. Me enseñaron que la ultima reseña es de Noviembre, se supone que la próxima actualización del memorandum de ellos es para solucionar lo nuestro.

Good morning.
My name is Javier Ros Vega. I bought my car last may. I have an embarrassing situation. The car was made in July (week 29) and I recieved in August. The car has a problem with the sunroof lights which are not operative. I asked to vw Spain and they said that this car with its VIN is not affected. The VIN is WV***Z5NZJ******0 and as I said the lights are not working properly. In additon I took the car to the official service a month ago. They told me that factory has told them not to touch the car because they followed the repair protocol and it has not been solved so Im very disgusted with this situation and hope you let me know something as soon as possible. On th other hand im still waiting the roof bars since I received the car in Agust.
